What is technology consulting, in plain terms?
Technology consulting is senior advisory work that translates business goals into a clear technology plan — covering systems, vendors, integrations, and the people who run them. At IMRSIV every engagement is led by the founder personally, not handed to a junior consultant after the deal closes.
How is a fractional CTO different from a full-time hire?
A fractional CTO gives you a senior technology voice on retainer — typically one to three days a week — without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive. Do you work outside Egypt?
Yes. We deliver across the Arab region — including Saudi Arabia and the UAE — and have shipped cross-border platforms such as Ehjzlee in KSA from our Cairo base. We work in Arabic and English.
How much does a typical technology consulting engagement cost?
Engagements are scoped to outcomes, not hours. A digital transformation roadmap typically runs four to twelve weeks at a fixed fee. RPA and fractional CTO retainers are priced by sprint or by month. We give you a written proposal with fixed pricing before any commitment.
How quickly can we start?

Do you also build the systems you recommend?
Often, yes — through our software development and Zoho partner practices. Because the same firm scopes and ships, there is no translation loss between recommendation and delivery. If your engagement is purely advisory, we say so up front.
