01 How long does a typical implementation take?
For a single module — CRM or Books — we are usually live in 4 to 6 weeks, with adoption support continuing for a further 4. Multi-module rollouts (an industry kit covering CRM, Books, and Sign together) run 8 to 12 weeks. Anyone promising a 2-week Zoho rollout is configuring defaults and skipping migration.
02 What about migrating from our current CRM, ERP, or spreadsheets?
Migration is the phase that decides whether Zoho works. We dedupe, normalize, and validate before importing — and we keep your old system live in parallel until your team confirms the new one is trustworthy. We have migrated from Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, and a long tail of bespoke spreadsheets.
03 Do you also handle the Zoho licenses, or only the implementation?
As an Official Zoho Partner we handle both — licensing and implementation, with billing in EGP, USD, or SAR. But we are license-honest: if Zoho One is overkill for your size, we say so and scope you to the standalone modules that fit. Our incentive is your retention, not the size of your initial license.
04 What happens after go-live? Are we on our own?
No. The founder stays personally accountable through adoption — the period when most Zoho rollouts quietly fail. We run a 90-day adoption check-in, monitor usage metrics, and run optimization sprints to fix friction the team surfaces. Most clients move into a monthly retainer after that, because the value compounds.
